Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are between

"We", "us" and "the app" refer to the developer of Callbreak, Seep, Kot Pees, contactable at xrajan.com@gmail.com. "You" means the person using the app. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Who can use the app

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, and old enough in your country to agree to these terms on your own behalf. If you are under the age at which you can agree for yourself, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

3. Playing without an account

The app is fully playable without signing in. Guest play is a real option, not a trial: all three games work with no account at all. An account exists so that your progress follows you and so your results can appear on the ranked leaderboards.

4. Your account

• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens through your account while it is in your control.
• Register with an email address that is actually yours. We send a confirmation message to it, and an unconfirmed address will not be used as your name on the leaderboard.
• One account per person. Creating extra accounts to gain leaderboard standing is not allowed.
• Tell us promptly at xrajan.com@gmail.com if you believe someone else is using your account.

5. Fair play

These games are worth playing only if the results mean something. You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, modified clients, memory editors, or any tool that plays for you or changes how the game behaves;
• submit results that were not produced by genuinely playing, or interfere with how scores are calculated or transmitted;
• arrange matches or collude with others to move anyone up or down the leaderboard;
• probe, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app's servers or other players' data.

Conduct between players is covered by our Online Conduct Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Names and other things you type

You choose your display name and may add a village, tehsil and district. Keep them decent: no impersonation of another person, no abuse, no slurs, no advertising, and nothing unlawful. Because these appear to other players on public leaderboards, you give us permission to display them within the app and on our leaderboard pages for that purpose. You keep ownership of what you write.

We may change or remove a name that breaks these rules, and may do so without notice where it is offensive or impersonates someone.

7. Scores, rankings and in-game points

• Rankings are calculated on our servers. We may recalculate, correct, withhold, or remove results we believe were not fairly earned, and we may reset a leaderboard at the end of a season or year.
• Aura and any other in-game points are a feature of the game, not money or property. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or withdrawn, and may be adjusted or discontinued as the game changes.
• There is no wagering and no real-money play. Nothing in the app can be staked, won or cashed out, and the app is not a gambling service.

8. Ending use

You may stop using the app at any time, sign out from the profile panel, or delete your account through the app or the account deletion page.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Online Conduct Policy, or where we are required to. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will say why and give you a chance to respond.

9. The app is provided as it is

We work to keep the app running and the scoring correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of faults. Features may change or be withdrawn. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided without warranties of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress, scores or rankings. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. The effective date above will change when we do. If a change matters to you, continuing to use the app after it takes effect means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Haryana, India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
